NACWPI 2020 National Conference

October 9-11 & 16-18, 2020


The National Association of College Wind and Percussion Instructors' 2020 National Conference will be held October 9-11 and 16-18, 2020, in conjunction with the 2020 National Conferences of the College Music Society (CMS), the Association for Technology in Music Instruction (ATMI), and the Society of Pi Kappa Lambda (PKL).

Conference Format

The virtual NACWPI National Conference will be held October 9-11 & 16-18. While the new conference is now 6 days long, each day will be abbreviated. We anticipate beginning at 12 noon EST each day and concluding by 3:30 pm EST to allow maximum participation across multiple time zones. The 3 CMS showcase concerts plus 1 ATMI concert will take place from 8-9 pm EST across 4 evenings of the program. Various virtual receptions and networking events will also be included from 3:15-4:00 pm EST on certain days.
